This private townhouse enclave is home to 27 residences with deed beach access. Coquille was built in 1983 and amenities include: Heated paver surrounded pool, gated entry and private garages.

One of the best communities on Siesta Key is Harbour Towne. These condos house your boat too. Finding a deep boating water is not always easy. Harbour Towne condos on Siesta Key are centrally located on the Key, have beach access and are on sailboat water with no bridge to the bay.

In December, there were 5 units for sale at Harbour Towne ranging in price from $549,000 to $740,000. Currently the Sarasota MLS reports 5 units availble for sale. Prices currently range from $499,000 to $679,000 in this popular Siesta Key condo community. A unit with 1450 sq.ft. of living space sold in October for $515,000 with a list price of $598,000. It may be time to buy as prices have adjusted considerably.
